Resumen

El presente trabajo pretende analizar el rol que la mujer cumple en la reproducción, tanto biológica como social, para poder entender el carácter de su participación en el mercado laboral.
En el transcurso del siglo pasado, y con especial énfasis en las últimas décadas, ocurrieron grandes cambios respecto del posicionamiento de la mujer en la sociedad. Se puede observar cómo distintas áreas de la sociedad, la familia, el mercado de trabajo, la política, fueron acusando el impacto que estos cambios fueron produciendo.
El ingreso de la mujer en el mercado laboral, trajo aparejado cambios en la organización global de la vida cotidiana originando una profunda transformación, tanto en el ámbito privado como en el ámbito público.
Sin embargo, esta incursión de la mujer ganando espacios en la esfera pública, parece no haber impactado en su condición reproductiva mutando hacia niveles mas productivos, que activen un cambio de posicionamiento en la dualidad hegemónica.

Abstract

The present work seeks to analyze the rol that the woman have in the reproduction, as biological as social, to be able to understand the character of her participation in the labor market. 
In the course of last century, and with special emphasis in the last decades, they operated big changes regarding the woman's positioning in the society. One can observe how different areas of the society: the family, the work market, the politics, were accusing the impact that these changes were taking place. 
The woman's entrance in the labor market, brought harnessed changes in the global organization of the daily life originating a deep transformation, as in the private environment as in the public environment.
However, the woman's incursion winning spaces in the public sphere, seems not to have impacted in their condition reproductive mutation toward levels more productive, which activate a positioning change in the duality hegemonic
