Sintesis

El trabajo se propone discutir el estatuto problemático de la categoría de “sujeto moral”. Para esto se rastrean y discuten diversas vertientes de la actualidad del tema. En el horizonte del debate actual de la ética se discute el renacer de la categoría de virtud, como horizonte articulador de los aspectos cognitivos de la subjetividad y los aspectos formativos de la identidad social. Se propone una crítica desde la categoría de “reconocimiento”, como mediación estético-política en la constitución histórica de la subjetividad moral. Se concluye con una reflexión en torno a las tensiones entre creatividad singular y ciudadanía comunitaria en la constitución de la subjetividad moral, relacionando las categorías de deseo, deber y poder. 
 
Abstract

 
In this paper we mean to discuss the problematic concept of "moral subject". In order to analyze it, we research and discuss different up-to-date approaches focusing on the topic mentioned. In the contemporary debate on Ethics, we think of the rebirth of the concept of virtue as the articulating horizon of the cognitive aspects of the subjectivity, and also of the formative aspects of social identity. A ontic from the concept of "acknowledgement" is proposed as the aesthetic - politic meditation in the historical constitution, we reflect on the tensions between singular creativity and communitary citizenship in the constitution of the moral subjectivity, linking the concepts of desire, duty and power.
