I am currently a Full Professor with tenure, at the Departmento de Informática at Universidad Nacional de San Luis, Argentina.

After studying Political Science at Universidad Nacional del Litoral, Rosario, Argentina where I got a degree –Licenciado en Ciencias Políticas y Diplomáticas– I went to study Computer Science at Université de Paris VII, Paris, France, where I got a degree –Licencié en Informatique. Later I got a Master in Software Engineering from Universidad Nacional de San Luis.

I have been a fellow at the International Institute for Software Technologies of the United Nations University, Macau.

From June 2007 to December 2008 I was at Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain, with a PhD scholarship from the European Community ALFA LERnet program.

I am a member of both ACM and IEEE, and also SADIO of Argentina.

I have published more than fifty articles in international conferences and journals and have presented several papers in international conferences on Software Engineering and Information Systems, both areas of research that I am currently pursuing, with special emphasis in the area of Formal Methods and Machine Learning.

I have served –I’m currently serving– as referee in several conferences both national and international.
